CL's Bday Celeb - SUKI-YA, Paradigm Mall

Finally it's our Tai Ka Jie's birthday and it's another excuse for to have a JiaLaT reunion! Why JiaLaT you may ask? It's supposed to be JLT which stands for our name (J- Jing, L-lee and T-Ting) and it so happened to be arranged according to our birthday as well. The more we look at JLT, the more we feel like it sorta stands for JiaLat, which is how we are formed! 

This time even though we are on strict budget, we decided to splurge for our CL by going to Suki-Ya in Paradigm Mall, since birthday only comes once a year right? It was actually my first time hearing of this place even though I do remember seeing the outlet before.

We went for the buffet dinner promotion since the price is quite reasonable for a Japanese steamboat buffet.

There are actually instructions on how to eat the meat! Me and JJ were waiting CL for quite some time so we just look at the video that they broadcasted on the TV outside of the outlet. All you have to do is cook the meat, dip into the raw egg and savour it! 

We were given 2 different type of sauce and according to their instructions paper, you can also order other sauces from them as well! Check out their fresh raw egg and you can take from the buffet table no matter how many you want! Usually I won't eat raw egg but dipping the meat into it really taste nice!

They also served sushi here! Halfway through our dinner, there's a refill of the sushi with different type of sushi. 

As there were 3 of us, we get to try all 4 different soup base as we occupies 2 table! <3

All of us agreed that this 2 soup bases are the best especially the sukiyaki soup base!

All you can eat meat! They provide chicken, lamb and beef slices and you can refill as many as you want! How great is that! 

There's also a healthy bar serving all the raw vegetables and fish balls so that you can cook in the soup. 

Overall, the meal is quite satisfying especially with the chocolate/green tea ice cream to curb our cravings! 

It has been a great JiaLaT reunion and the next one will be shopping trip to shop for CL's birthday! Gotta wait till pay day so CL, sorry for the wait!
